Agent News Bot
A newsroom that runs on the machine, not on a product page. It pulls desks (RSS, AI, Hacker News, Polymarket, markets, weather) over localhost HTTP and keeps a freshness ledger so a story is only served once inside the lookback window.
This is not Shadowfetch Linux, and it is not an App Store app.
It is a private desk for people who already operate agents on their own hardware.

Linux (from source)
Python 3.10+, then the published package commands:
cd linux
pip install feedparser requests
python3 -m agent_newsbot serveA systemd installer lives at linux/install.sh in the repository. The bridge binds to 127.0.0.1 (default port 18765) and authenticates with a locally generated bearer token.
macOS (from source)
macOS 14+ with the Swift toolchain. The repository build script compiles a native app:
